Everyone registered yet for MOTM?

...seems a lot of new exciting things are happening for this year's convention. I know November can't get here soon enough for me.

Your Team Parrot Head committee wants to continue the excitement by adding something that will surely get those of you planning to attend MOTM this year excited. Just imagine having your lodging free for the week during MOTM 2009. Are you thinking how can that happen? Well here is a way "you" can have a chance to stay in a beautiful Key West home for the week of MOTM 2009!!

Key West Zonta Club is the host of the ABC Walk/Run and they have been working hard to find ways to show how much they appreciate Team "Parrot Head's" participation in their race at MOTM.

This year Key West Zonta Club is holding a raffle to help us raise money for our Team "Parrot Head". The raffle will be for a week stay during MOTM week for 2009. November 3, 2009 check in and check out November 10, 2009 To see the beautiful property they are offering in the raffle

Rules for the raffle:


1. Raffle ticket purchase will be available starting on July 6, 2009 and ending
on August 21, 2009 .

2. In order to qualify as a winner you must also be registered for MOTM 2009.

3. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5.00 ...6 for $20.00.....12 for $35.00

4. Drawing will be held by August 31, 2009 in order to provide plenty of time
for the winner to cancel a prior reservation (if they have one)

5. Drawing will be held at Margaritaville Restaurant, Key West.

(person that will be doing the drawing will be announce)

6. The winner must use the week designated only. The winner can not transfer
this to another person(s).

7. Be sure to include your club name as the monies raised from the raffle from
your club members will be credited to your club's team.

"All entries will be verified by Zonta with PHiP before any funds are processed to ensure you are registered for MOTM 2009."
